I’d been stuck with an issue for a good few years and finally decided to do something about it. From the start Chrissi presented as sympathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. I was able to develop a trusting relationship with Chrissi which allowed me to work through and address what I needed to. It was a challenge but satisfying experience which ultimately produced the positive result that I was after.

My experience of CBT was an excellent one. I found Chrissi to be a very understanding and enthusiastic therapist, she clearly loves what she does. I had tried CBT before online with no interaction from a therapist and found it both complicated and confusing. With Chrissi's help and guidance, it made sense and is actually quite a simple concept. You decide what issues you want to address and set your own targets and goals, Chrissi was with me every step of the way and allowed me to progress at my own pace. I can highly recommend Chrissi as a therapist as I have now been able to reduce my anxiety and worry, if any issues crop up I can use the tools and knowledge I have been given to help myself.

Admitting that you have a problem and going to speak to a stranger about your most personal inner thoughts can be very daunting. I knew within minutes of meeting Chrissi that I had found someone that I could trust, be open and honest with. After a short number of sessions, I could start to feel a shift in my mood, my thoughts and emotions. 8 weeks later our sessions have come to an end. I feel that I have the tools to help me going forwards and I am free of the dark place that I was in. I cannot thank or recommend her enough.
